Who is Psychosynthesis Therapy for?Therapy5

Psychosynthesis is a unique approach developed by Dr. Roberto Assagioli and is thought to help people with a number of emotional and psychological problems.

How Does Psychosynthesis Therapy Work?

Psychosynthesis is usually offered to clients who want to understand their personal psychological problems in a spiritual framework.  Therapists help individual’s to reduce their distress and discomfort through the process of exploring their ‘inner self’ to achieve self-actualisation and ‘wholeness’.

A Recent Testimonial

“I have struggled with anxiety for years and tried many different things. I had CBT sessions in Richmond over the course of about a year and I now feel much, much better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a problem”.
