I believe in the inherent dignity and resilience of every individual. My philosophy centres on fostering a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges, strengths, and potential for growth.


My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I integrate cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques with elements of humanistic and person-centred approaches to create tailored treatment plans that empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.


I am deeply motivated by the opportunity to facilitate positive change and growth in the lives of those I work with. Witnessing the transformation and resilience of individuals as they navigate their mental health journey fuels my passion for this work.

About Me

I find joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as reading, travelling, and practising yoga. Reading transports me to different worlds and broadens my perspectives, while travelling allows me to immerse myself in diverse cultures and environments, enriching my understanding of the world. Yoga not only enhances my physical well-being but also fosters mental clarity and inner peace, guiding me towards a balanced and fulfilling life.

I had a course of CBT Counselling with The Harley Psychology & Therapy Group (Richmond) and although it didn’t provide me with the quick fix miracle solution I was hoping for, it has made my problems feel more manageable.
