Not sure where to start?

Starting therapy can be daunting and people often don’t know where to start. Our tests are free, quick, confidential & scientifically validated and depending on your answers will point you in the right direction.

ADHD
Do you find it hard to concentrate, often feel restless, or struggle to wait your turn?
ADHD in Children
Is your child easily distracted, more so than their peers? Do they have difficulty organising tasks? Do they struggle to listen or carry out instruction, more so than their peers? Do they constantly fidget? Talk excessively? Interrupt conversations, more so than their peers? Do they have little or no sense of danger?
Adult Autism

Do you worry about things, often feel nervous and/or struggle to relax? This test is scientifically validated for adults and teenagers (ages 13 and above).

Do you eat large amounts of food in a relatively short period of time whilst feeling out of control and unable to stop even if you are uncomfortably full?

Bulimia Nervosa
