You will begin by meeting with one of our Therapists who will ask you some general questions about you, your life, your happiness, your relationships and your current commitment and responsibilities. Your Therapist will also ask you what you would like to stay the same in your life, what you would like to change and if there are any practical or psychological obstacles that might get in the way of you making these changes.
Your Therapist will then help you to understand how the way that you think influences the way that you feel and what you do, including the decisions and choices that you make.
They will then look at how changing some of your thinking patterns will improve your overall satisfaction with life and help you to make the changes that you would like to make.
