About Us
Who we are
All members of The Harley Psychology & Therapy Group are Doctors of Clinical or Counselling Psychology or Psychotherapists. Psychologists are registered with The British Psychological Society and The Health and Care Professions Council which monitors and regulates the practice of Psychologists. Our Psychologists have spent between seven and nine years training to enable people to overcome their emotional difficulties via CBT Counselling. In addition to practicing privately, many hold (or have recently held) senior positions in the NHS.
Our Psychotherapists have relevant core professional training (Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, Nurse Practitioner), have been accountable to their core profession for at least a year, have additional training in the theory and practice of CBT and/or Psychotherapy in their relevant area of competence, receive regular clinical supervision including live supervision and are registered to practice with either The British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, The UK Council for Psychotherapy or The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Client Testimonials
Melanie - East DulwichMy therapist has helped me immensely with the issues I came to her with and not just superficially; I really feel that we are getting to the root of my problems and slowly, gently and safely we are working though them together. As a result I honestly feel the best I’ve felt for years. I have had counselling in the past and finding my current phycologist through the British CBT and counselling service is the best thing I could have done for myself. My therapist is experienced, knowledgeable, relatable and kind. I am so glad I took that brave leap into the unknown with a willingness to feel vulnerable and have an open mind.
Amanda and David - ClaphamMy husband and I have recently started couples therapy. It’s a terrifying move to start with but talking to a third party really helps see things more clearly and break down some of the issues more methodically.
